Arrow Electrical was tasked with the project management of the centre refurbishment, with minimal electrical works required, our project management team planned, organized and supplied all equipment and trades required to complete on time and within budget.
Subcontractors included joiners, floor fitters and decorators.

Planning

Our dedicated project management team had planned this project with efficiency & budget as a priority. Organizing each subcontractor to attend on specific days with tight deadlines ready for the next contractor to start.

The challenge

The centre had required a large upgrade to the kitchen, office space, playroom, storage facility and flooring throughout. Working with multiple trades for specific dates to minimise disruption to an active centre.

Solution

Arrow Electrical completed a full refurbishment using trusted, specialist commercial sub contractors that work alongside Arrow on projects across the country. This enabled Arrow to complete the project within the specified time frame.
