Arrow Electrical services had previously performed an EICR for Element which had raised some defects that required repair, these included multiples are conditioning power supply & rotary isolation upgrades.

Planning

Following our EICR, our team identified several issues, created a plan of action on how to amend these in the most cost effective way whilst maintaining high quality.

The challenge

The biggest challenge we faced was disruption to an active lab facility, air temperature is critical in lab environments. Upgrades to the power supply was also critical to remain within UK regulations for electrical safety.

Solution

Our team of highly skilled electricians planned how to maintain temperature through timing methods and temperature monitoring. Completing each upgrade within a strict time frame whilst monitoring lab conditions.

Our engineers completed all upgrades to the highest standard, within strict time limits whilst causing minimal disruption to the operations of the lab.
The project was completed within budget and satisfactory certification was delivered on completion.
